Give me back my redemption
Help me take away this tension
Give me back all those years
In which I only stared and died of tears

Muffle my pained screams
And fill me with hope and dreams
Things I lost so long ago
Life, freedom, love-
The things I wish for the most
What I lost, what I must gain
Please, take away this pain
