The Light of New Year's Day

[[{"type":"media","view_mode":"media_large","fid":"58156","attributes":{"alt":"","class":"media-image","height":"194","typeof":"foaf:Image","width":"259"}}]]

I swear  there's a bright light I see

Or my eyes could be decieving me

Sometimes I see what isn't to be

But its a new year, or so it seems

And I should feel born again

And I should let hope let me begin

And pretend there is a light mess

In this large sea of  darkness

But today I will let false hope dictate

And tommorow maybe a smile I"ll create

Good days maybe coming

Hope my soul doesn't go running
