Lighten Up

I am Powerful.

There is not a single person like me in this world,

Nor is there a single person as capable as I,

I'm different.

I climbed the mountain when others went around,

I took fear while others hid, safe and sound.

I stood my ground when others disagreed,

Lighten up they said, cheerfully.

I continued to pave my way,

The others just rode the wave.

"Lighten up!" They say,

I smile, and play charades,

Because what they don't know,

Is that I am Powerful.
