The Lighthouse

The indefatigable soldier stood watch.

A girl wandered,

Following the margin of the bay.

He tried to help.

She shouldn’t be near this town.

It was always in havoc.

No one came,

No one left.

But she was quite perpetual,

Her interest with mysteries was detrimental

So she ventured toward the spectral lighthouse,

It shook slowly in the mist.

The shafts of light gave her,

A small picture of the room before her.

Suddenly, the whole place shook.

The town was going under,

She held the wall,

But it didn’t last.

Her life flew before her,

But the pillars of the house did not fail.

The town was gone,

The havoc had ended.

The only thing left was,

A lighthouse and,

A girl with its story.
