Lightning

I am electric. My body is the ground But were it not for that I'd be just a soul My dreams are the wire Connecting me to the clouds My heart is the thunder, Sounding like a drum My breath is the wind blowing the dust away exposing my inner worlds to the thrilling light of day And me, you, Yesterday, tonight. We shall march together Lighting up the sky.
