Lights

My heart beats
But beats numbly
My eyes see
But see a snippet of what they want
My mind knows
But really doesn't want to
Subconsciously
Honestly
I miss the light
That sparkled from those eyes
I miss the light
That sparkled from the sweet smiles
I miss the rapid heartbeat
When you hugged me tight
Now I have endless thoughts of you in the day
And sleepless nights
I miss the light
That sparkled from your soul
Which now.. Lights up heaven
Rest In Paradise Noah
