When you're diagonosed with a medical condition, it flips your entire world upside down.

When your diagonosed with two medical conditions, it can be even more debilitating

1) I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder called "Elhers Danlos" 

2) I was also diagnosed with an overlapping condition called "POTS" or "Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome"

The disorders cause irregular heartbeats, regular fatigue, and muscle weakness

The condition is chronic and can last for a lifetime.

So all I need is:

A hand to hold

Eyes to see

A mouth to laugh with

Ears to hear the laughter

Family to hold close

A team that keeps me motivated

And a hope for a future that is difficult to obtain
