Linger
A trip I am left out of will not be surprising.
Everyone acts as if they hate me.
Last time I checked I haven't done anything to them.
I don't know why my life has so much panic.
The drama in my life needs to stop,
Before I snap at the next person who approaches me.
I scoff at their idiocy,
As I watch their world go up in flames.
Little do they know it is I who causes their pain.
The glass shatters but no one has moved.
The pipes swell with my sorrow.
The house shakes with my anger.
Now they all know my wrath,
for they are the ones who killed me.
I see them shiver in terror as they see my bloodied face.
I haunt them wherever they go.
They are the reason I am dead.
They killed me.
They ruined my life.
Now all that is left...
Is for me to ruin theirs.
