I love holding a hot mug of chamomile tea,

reading and writing poetry,

Horseback riding feels like flying.

I love laughing till I’m crying and,

painting portraits,

Nutella on toast,

the Father, Son,

and the Holy Ghost.

Reading is a form of magic

full of heroes who are tragic,

Jane Eyre,

Hunger Games,

Harry Potter, and

Quidditch games.

I like sliding on the floor in sock feet,

grooving to Pharrell’s “Happy” beat,

symphonies,

thunderstorms,

Mozart, Beethoven

Handel, and Brahms.

I love little cats who act like shadows,

and shouting along with the radio,

squares of chocolate,

long tailed dogs,

sunshine skies, and

morning fog.

A giant scoop of cookie dough

is good way to make a house a home.

Small things that often make us smile

are the things that make life truly worthwhile.
