Listen

Listen.

You are the one I'm focused on.

You are the one whom I'm giving all of me to.

Because I love you, what you say is riveting,

so just keep talking on and I'll keep on listening.

Listen.

You matter most right here now.

The things that you say are like songs playing heavenly.

If you keep opening up and you keep on kissing me,

then forever I'll stay and I'll keep on listening.

I'll get happy I'll get angry I'll be tearing

till I'm crippling.

But never forget

that I'll still keep on listening.
