Listen
When I ask you to listen and you say you don't have time, I feel like I want to cry. When I ask you to listen and you stare impatently for a second then interupt immediately questioning everything I haven't said; I walk away not knowing whether I was ignorant for wanting you to listen or you were right to stop me. When I ask you to listen and you wave me away...I don't ask you to listen again. When you ask why I haven't been talking to you, I simply shrug my shoulders and act like I've been the one ignoring you. After I dstance myself from you and you don't notice until weeks later; when you notice I take the blame because everyone knows you can do no wrong. Why didn't you just listen to begin with instead of pushing me away?
