Listen

Are you going to let me talk?

Or should I start to walk?

If you would listen then you would know

That when I talk, my feelings show.

You won't let anyone see

How pretty I can actually be.

Stop hiding me behind this curtain.

You act like my whole life is a sin.

I want to see the people who

Know and actually do

Care about what I look like.

You thought I didn't care?

Sike.
