Listen!

Can you hear me!?
Cause I'm calling your name.
Trying to rise
To follow the footsteps of a leader
But I keep going back.

Am I even a voice to you?
No. Yes?
Its funny how you speak
And I hear the words out your mouth
But I speak. you look away
Its me right?
Am I changing?
So why me change again.
I think.

Will you listen?
When I talk
will you respond?
Or will you just look away?
Look away like you always do.
Not wanting to hear the truth
But get mad when I lie.
What do you want?

What do you want!?
Nothing?
Then why not listen.
Why be mad?
What are you even mad at.

Mad is just a useless emotion
A way to get attention
But youll never be perfection.
So why be mad
She hurt me. He hurt me.
But you walk around.
Your alive right?
So why waste your hours hurting others.

Trying to turn a peacefully person.
Make them mad
Create conflict
Destroy lives
But the cycle keeps going.

Why?
Because your mad at the world?
A person hurts
Then heals they get happy
Then sad again.
So they think
Why not make her sad too.
So now we have two sad people
Now five
Maybe ten.

Why cant the numbers of madness stop.
Instead of increasing madness
Decrease deaths.
Lower the sadness
Minimize the hurt.
Help them instead of hurting them.
So I ask again.
Can you hear me?
