Listen to the Flowers

Blue flowers wilt when the sun goes to sleep

But the white flowers open their eyes as the moon wakes.

Red flowers bleed when the monsters come

And yellow flowers cry as they run.

Lavender breathes when the sky goes dark

But daisy simply goes extinct.

Roses sing to the cold dead earth

And sunflower spills its name.

The sky is filled with smoke

And the child has no name.

Parents split by atom sands

But still carried to the grave.
