Listen As I Play

Sound in the air
From wood, strings, and horse hair
Sings like a bird
Serenading their counterpart
 with a song which
express their feelings for the other
But what is the song
From my violin saying
Listen to the sound in the air
Not with your mind but with your heart
Then you will know what I'm saying
