A little bit of this, a little bit of that...

A little bit of crazy, a dash of creativity,

a swirl of fancy, and a cup of cream

you’ve got yourself one hell of a girl.

Don’t lose her in the real world -

where her hopes and dreams

will be crushed under the cement

she walks upon.

Don’t give up on her,

she might not know as much as you

but let her learn.

Don’t stop encouraging her,

it takes a strong foundation

to lead new ideas into a world

of rusty ones.

She’ll walk with pride and

give a chance to those who show need

for something better.

She’ll learn to understand the big

scary world out there,

the horrible future we all face.

But you have to give her

something to dream about.

It takes time to understand her,

trust me I know.

If I didn’t know any better

I’d say she’s the perfect me.
