Little boy in my head

Little boy trapped in my head

Lost and afraid

There are places you dare not venture

For those are places to dark to see

You are unsure of potential dangers that may loom where the light does not show

Yet you debate whether to explore any way

What may lurk  in the shadows could be the end

Or it could be a wonderful area of Happiness  and put an end to the questions

If you venture into the shadows you are not free to come back

You could be bound there for eternity

Or you could choose  to because of sheer pleasure

It is dark so nothing is certain but in the darkness lies the foundation for all human existence

Curiosity

Twas what killed the cat

But it has been the key to the most amazing of human discoveries

Fear

It controls us

It constricts us

It has bound a nuese to our necks

And has left us on a leash

Little boy there will come a day when you venture into the darkness

Even now it slowly approaches

Whether it is by will or by pushing you to the edge it will consume you

So grow up little boy and also be aware of where the darkness lies

For the minute you cross into it

There's no turning back
