This Little Cup Of Mine

You’re more than just a beverage

There’s magic in every pot

You bring people together

Whether you’re enjoyed cold or hot

You are the cup of motivation

That drives me out of bed

You hold the power to heal my wounds

Without a word being said

I seek solace in your taste

And your hot water is my hug

You take me to my happy place

While I drown myself in your mug

I’ll always choose you

Earl Grey, Black, or Green

Because your love is like the sea

Keeping me calm and serene

All I need is one sip

For all the wrongs to be right

And the birds to fly free

Because I don’t see me

Without my cup of tea
