Little child, they'll say, that how the world is is exactly what they teach you in school

that all you'll ever need to know will be taught to you through this system of 'education'

Multiplication. Pythagorean Theorem. Synonyms and Oxymorons. War. Colonies. Hydrogen. Oxygen. Evolution. C#. Rest. Symmetry. Red. Acting. 

And then they'll seek to prove that it's true. Tests. Tests. Tests.

ACT: 23 or higher

SAT: 1500 or higher

General: 80% or higher

But oh little darling how rough it's going to be when you get out.

Cause that 'education' hasn't taught you any of the things that'll matter

Taxes. College. Jobs. Checks. Accounts. SSN. 

And even more, that 'education' hasn't taught you anything about life.

How to make friends, how to love, how to enjoy life, how to find what you want to do for the rest of your life, how to move forward, how to give help, how to ask for help. How to Live.

Those questions that school couldn't answer. Are what you'll have to find.

and it's a long and hard road to seek. darling, but you know. It's something that we all have to get through. And thinking about it. you'll do just fine.
