A Little Less Doubt
Everyone claims to care about you
But would anyone care if you disappeared
We all have this selfish idea
That no one cares
And that’s far from the truth
We have people who care for us
We just don’t care for ourselves
So we become confused
Thinking one thing
When it’s actually the other
There’s nothing wrong with doubt
But to an extreme
Cut that shit out
Take a look from the outside
Our side
We care
Maybe we’re not always there
But we are there in other ways
Small examples of affection
Nothing to be ashamed of
We’re human beings in a sense
Unless your like me
Some thing other than human
Unless your someone
Someone who’s scared
Of the world around them
Unless your scared of the people
Who would never hurt you
Living in fear
Dreaming of the times that you were safe
Maybe it’s not to late
I’m still sending flowers to you
I know you love them
So maybe they’ll reach you
Wherever you are
Dreaming of a new tomorrow
I can’t help but to hope
You send me flowers too
