Little Nicky

Little Nicky was 4 Looking for her parents So she stood at the door Day after day All she could do was pray Praying they would come And the pain would go away Behind closed doors she cried and cried From place to place But every time you seen her She had a smile on her face The people kept coming The ones from CPS She had no love And she had little time to rest Her foster dads Only tried to have "fun" But it was not what she wanted So she decided to run She spent years trying to find herself But all she found was pain Tried to pick up the broken pieces But nun remained Then she found a friend A white and black husky Who she called sin She loved it so much But she was only 10 She keep running Always thought she was beneath Losing all hope And stopped chasing her dreams Then she was 15 She ran from the rape Tried to find a superman But they turned out to be fake She seen how almost every effort Seemed to fail She decided to give up Because shes tired of the betrayal Now shes 18 And shes all grown up Her world remain frozen And she started to feel stuck She has tried to find a job But she never finished school But she kept her head high And things resumed cool As years went by She met someone nice But by the time they fell inlove Hes already paid the price He was not going anywhere Because he knows about the trust The trust issues she has And he was not giving up Now she is successful Shes wearing a suit Strapping up the heels And not any boots She started carrying herself Like a queen Reminding herself Things are not as they seem Do not be scared to live life It is not that bad Start focusing on the things you got And not the things you wish you had
