Little things

It’s the little things he does Like when we walk on the street There’s a puddle And he picks me up to carry me across Or when my car is dirty And we stop to get some gas He gets out And he washes all my windows He saves me in the little things little hugs and little winks bringing me flowers any old day says he loves me and I know its true all because the little things he’ll do When I’ve had a rough day It’s the little things he does He listens And he understands my problems He saves me in the little things little things he does for free giving a massage on a bad day says he loves me and I know it’s true all because the little things he’ll do He tells me I am beautiful Even when my makeup runs He listens And I cry on his shoulder He saves me in the little things Little things He says to me even on a bad hair day Says he loves me and I know it’s true All because the little things he’ll do (poems go here)
