The Little Things

The little things

You do for me

Go a very long way

The soft silent simple things

When everything feels grey

A smile spreads across my face

When you hold me in your embrace

And your magnificent mellow self

Attracts me like moth to

Flame

Makes me melt on the inside

like a marshmallow roasting in the

Flame

A dancing flame, warm like your love

The love that brings peace

The little things

You do for me

Go a very long way

The soft silent simple things

When everything feels grey
