Live and Learn

Sweaty, Pounding, Red

The body pulses as you avoid what just occurred,

Surroundings can be unforgiving in times like these.

Knot, Quiver, Tightness

Sorrow fills the spirit in place of what was destroyed,

To sit and think and contemplate about what was done.

Queezy, Anxiousness, Chills

Disbelief shudders throughout your surface,

Eating away now a decision must be made to soothe the parasite.

Embarrassment, Shame, Guilt

Life involves these occurrences with new information or just failure,

To these knowledge is attained and to that I say Thank You
