Live For Today

How deep can the depths of your heart go?
How many things do you hide that you've wanted to show?
You bottle it up and swallow your pride.
You cover it up when it's clear that you've cried.
Let your heart tell your mind what you've wanted to say.
Let it be known that you live for today.
Tomorrow seems close, but it's really quite far.
Don't care where you're going, just know where you are.
If you live for tomorrow, you'll miss what is here.
Trust in God, forget your fear.
So jump off a bridge, or go on a spree.
Live for today. Today you are free.
