Lived So Far

You’ve got words to say and words to repeat But you’ve only lived so far You’re a young soul ready to unleash What could be taken out to become a natural beast. This is me This is you I only want to do what I got to do But shouldn’t there be more? I mean I’ve only lived so far. Take the chance. Go out and do something Don’t be afraid. But mom. No mom here. No dad here. Live. Go do what you haven’t done, go succeed at something. Be something Be a dreamer. Be a seeker. Be a dream catcher and a dream weaver. Go. I mean you’ve only lived this far. What’s the point of staying in, if you’re going to do nothing When in reality you could be doing something Be a doctor, be a writer, be a lawyer. Take on what you got to take on but take on more. Beat the drum of the future don’t stop that constant beat. Be you. Be me. Be whoever you wanna be but more. But you’ve only lived so far. Go.
