Living Anxiously

I sat here thinking

How am I going to write this?

I don't hide behind a mask

I'm proud of who I am

but then, I read your blog post

you guys like video submissions

I swallowed in terror

and then I realized

I was terrified of being judged on the sound of my voice

or the appearance of my face
