The Living Dead

Standing in a room full of shadows

Darkness envelops the mind,

Fearful thoughts race around your body,

And you find yourself alone.

Thinking of past memories,

Reliving the pain,

Going through those empty days,

Only you and your hurt for support.

Life becomes living hell,

with no place to escape;

Time slows down beyond reason,

And you become the living dead.
