Living the dream of life

Lived to love, loved to live Going through years of effort to give Chained to the ground as if your a slave Unable to walk unless its to your grave I broke through the wall, broke through the core Wanting a journey not giving me bore Want to soar through the sky Leave all this behind Get past all the limits holding me back All the courage built up was what I have lacked Now i got wings Floating with the voice of the songs that I sing Only to crash Only to crash Hit the ground burning in flame From all the mistakes but on me to blame For what I'm ashamed Holding my wings untill they rot And pulling the trigger on what i was not
