Lockdown

Winds were blown,

Tears were shown,

The air had some sort of grief

Provided there was no form of relief

Struggles never ended

Everyone felt stranded

Every night the stars came out

Shining down on homes through out

Providing light and hope

Everyone hung on to the faith of rope

People cried in agony and pain

No one knew how to be sane

Year after year we are told the same

Isolation , only added up to the frustration

Everyone hopes to see light

happiness and bliss far sight

Humans have to be kind

Medical supplies are hard to find

Wishing all this would end now

If only someone knew how
