The light in your eyes The paleness of color Looked so dull Bright and vibrant when You smile at me I keep falling Deeper and deeper Revealing myself piece by piece One scar, one story at a time You learn and you Love Every fatal flaw Little and big mistakes They do not phase you Your love is seemingly invincible Mental and physical scars All fade Away When you look at me You doesnt see those things You see the me I want to be You have helped this lost girl become Beautiful, intellectual, confident I am like your book Turn me page by page Absorb every word Every story on every page We fall deeper We draw closer You change this book The story is all new The pages smudged in black ink From tears of this lost girl Are to be written no longer The cover is now brand new Not a happy paper cover On a hard back black novel But a paper back with bright colors The light blue pen with small little doodles Love dots the pages Happiness in words I cannot express verbally The love I feel flows onto paper I hope you knows How much comfort I feel The light you ignight The fire you have started deep in my soul Every touch is electric Veins feel more as power lines Connecting their energy Sparking when they connect The light is addicting I cant help but want to be around you Every moment of every minute I urge to run my hands through your hair and Whisper: "I love you"
