Lola

Here lies cold and lonely Lola

A trusted companion of travel

but what occured on December 20th still leaves me baffled

we met on the day of love, what a lovely day it was

birds were churping, I even saw a dove

through out the months together we shared a bond like no other

I was closer to her than my own brother

she had a beautiful white smile

I'd stare at it passing every mile

I wrote this poem to give me closure

but now that it's written I know she's gone for sure

I miss you
