Loneliness is a bully

Loneliness is a bully That you can never understand fully It’s like that muffin top That you can never just quite crop It festers inside you And makes you say things that are not true It’s like a drug Or a really ugly rug Or a cracked up mug It puts you in a funk And tries to create a punk But it’s just a bully You will never understand fully And you have to fight back With all your jack Because if you drown You will always frown It creates fear That’s not really near Because loneliness is not a bad thing Unless YOU give it fangs It could be a gift for a while To help you get through your pile Of heaping mess On your floor none than less But after that long shower It’s time to get back your power You have friends or can make friends As longs as you know that you always have one can Which is yourself and your knowledge That one day you will meet someone who won’t judge And will be there everyday To help you on your way So be patient and kind Because you will find Loneliness is a bully You will never understand fully But it does not have to be forever As long as you give up never
