Loneliness (Stone Face)

Ah, I'm blue again

with cries wasted like

sand thrown to the wind

my heart breaks

Loneliness scares me I

hate being alone, broken

With a face of stone I

weakly brave the world

ripping my heartstrings,

praying to find the person

to tell yasashii uso* to me

Ah, I lose myself to the light

of the stars, they make me

jealous. They are always

embraced.

With my crumbling stone face

I turn off the lights, shut the

door and wait for darkness to

soothe me

Being alone is what I crave,

if only to be alone with my

special person

But, that person is fiction so

I take my delusions and make

them dance with me

I will always be alone

So I patch together my stone face

and brave the cold world and watch

the people pass, and I make visions

of illusionary realities

Because the best lies are built on truths.
