Loneliness (Trust????)

Why must I feel so lonely sometimes? Must I? No one to really talk to, but only God Stuck thinking that some things are better left off, Not said But I don't know.... Hiding feelings aren't right, but saying how you feel gets you judged Trusting is hard so what can you do? Can you trust someone who you don't trust in the beginning.... I just don't know what to do about being lonely.....
