Lonely

It's been a week and I have thought about you each and every day. Did you even give me one day? It's been a month and I can't do anything but wish I could hear your voice. Have you even wanted to speak to me and hear how I have been? It's been a year and I continue to hope I'll run into you and see your face. Were you even going to give me the chance to see us the last and final time? It's been a Lifetime and I've tried to forget you. How was it so easy for you that you didn't even have to try to forget me?
