A Lonely Ghost

Take away my lifelines Watch me fade away I am the Gravity Killer Wake me up with nightmares Fill my head with ash I am the Shadowman Kill me in the nightlights Burden me with ghosts I am the Gravity Killer Feed me hurt for breakfast And loneliness for lunch I am the Shadowman I grow roots in the darkness I grow roots in the walls I am gone I fall silent like soundwaves On the shores of your mind I am gone Will you think of me Dream of me Hold me close As I fade away Fly away A lonely ghost.

Lullabeth

I'm an 18 year old writer who has been writing for as long as I can remember. From short stories, fanfiction, and poetry to song lyrics and music composition, I manage to keep my self constantly busy all day and all night. But I enjoy it. Writing is my life and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
