LONELY IS THE LIFE

A path of self destruction

since the day that I was born

and it doesnt matter where I go

for I was meant to mourn

And through it all Im justified

with gifts beyond the rest

and like the twisted path that leads

I know its all a test

Still I was born with a sight

that most will never know

Im cursed to see the lie before

the truth begins to grow

Lonely is the life of all

who choose to see beyond

and any chance of happiness

has long been dead and gone

But do not shed a single tear

of sadness for my pain

for its this exact emotion

from which my wisdoms gained
