A solider's work is never done A solider fight's hard but people think it's fun A solider Has to avoid gun shots and buried mines A solider Has to fight hard to keep us free while he put's his life on the line A solider never gets appericate or respected at all A solider Has to learn to dodge a bullet or take a fall A soliders night is cold and lonely but it has to be A solider thinks of his family all the time but he fight's for you and me A solider should always be appreciated people need to stop giving them a bad tone A solider Has one wish and that is for trump to send them home A solider always fights for his country and risk his life A solider Always has one wish to be with his kids and wife A soliders life is always lonely and rough A solider Has to learn to fight and be tough This poem is for all our soliders who put their life on the line all the time May you all get to come home soon Written by Lorie Hawkins
