The Loney Stone
I walk alone
Kicking a small stone
You hear a smack,
But nobody cares if the rock has a crack
As I wonder
I think to myself, will anyone ever hear my thunder
Every time I try to speak,
They laugh at me because I'm the geek
There could be nobody else in the room,
Yet you can still feel my gloom
Subtle, yet shy
They all think of me as the girl who wants to die
Instead of talking to me,
They would rather get stung by a bee
The world wants to make a change,
But how can we change if we think it's strange
In reality nobody cares,
Why do you think there's so many affairs
I would rather be the quiet girl who walks alone
With no one in her zone
I am that small stone
I'm just it's bigger clone
Every day we get walked on,
It's one step closer until we are gone
For now,
I will take a vow
To remain a lonely stone,
And one day all I will be is a bone
