Long Way

Long Way

Written By: Greg Austin Jr.

Inspired By: We Live As Kings – Long Way Down

I wonder, how it feels?

To fall like lightning, because you’re full of yourself.

It’s a long way down, it’s a long way I bet.

Was it really worth having to use your soul, to pay off the debt?

To have been so high up and now brought so low.

In an instant you transgressed and now unabashed, you go

Your embrace brings death, wolf in sheep’s skin

Why do so many of the “good” people, give in?

Slaves, helpless slaves to their sin to God’s chagrin

What else could one expect, welcome to The End
