That look


That look is a look that can be seen a thousand miles. That look changes lives and create smiles. That look flows from a mother's approval to a daughter's heart. That look shows that the girl is smart. That look of pride and self assurance. That look of hope and perseverance. Walking across the stage and holding that frame. Holding it high and feeling no shame. High school, college, medical school are all stops on the train. First station covered; second on the way. I have my parade without the rain. That look is the look of a mother's pride when her daughter has reached her potential and flown away.
