Look

Look.

Breath catching

Ducking behind corners

Hiding from something

Too much to admit

There.

Its not your fault, not a bit

But I'm so scared

I don't sound like myself

And I'm trying.

Look.

But I don't know what to say

Nothing.

Dial tones.

The only person I want to talk to is the last person to know.

Quick.

Bottle it.

Look.

Smile.

Cry.

Okay? Okay. That's fine. I get it. I just... No. Nothing. Nevermind. Not important. No, seriously. You're good. Don't worry about me. It's all good. Yeah. Tomorrow? No. Nothing. Stop.
