Look Down

It's true, That "Life Sucks". Yet all everyone says: "Look Up, It'll get better". What they don't get is that, I don't want to keep looking Up. Somedays are meant for me to Look Down. Look Down at the smaller of life's little miracles. Down at the various colorful, sweet smelling Flowers. Down at my chosen path in life. Down at a spider web's intricacy. Down at my little sibling. Into their large eyes. To tell them, "Love you." I Look Down, Because Life's not Fair. It goes from perfectly sweet, To horridly cruel in mere moments. Ups and Downs, they make up Life. So, while others appreciate all that is Up, I decided to marvel in all that is Down.
