Look at You
(poe“Look at you!” says your conscience creeping on the inside. “Look at you!” says the homeless man sitting and hoping on the street corner. What is there to look at? Flesh and bone, beauty or disgust, motives and thoughts running towards desires like success, fame or lust. A wise man once said “I know only that I know nothing” and “ an unexamined life is not worth living” does he see simply look at you like you look at us, or does one view each other with a loving crush of undying trust. “LOOK AT YOU!” say your parents looking out for you. “Look at you!” says the judge with the gavel and power. “Look at you” says God illuminating from the inside. “Look at you” say yourself while you’re trying to find what makes you drivems go here)
