Looking Beyond

Life…

No one knows the meaning

No one knows how to comprehend

The tragedies

The struggles

The pain

The strife

But, love, if you would look,

If you would go deeper

Behind the black and white

You would see how life is

Life isn’t all about the darkness

Life is about finding the answers

The ones that hold the key to your future

The ones that come in

And give you a new perspective on life

Your eyes are opened

And you can see

You can eliminate the bad

And find that the struggle does not last long

For if life is hard

And you feel like giving up

Know that this is not the end

For if this was the end

Life would be better

But, love, when you reach your final destination

You will see

That was only a test

A test to see if you can survive

A test to see if you are willing to trust the One who gave it all

Jesus

The only Man who will love you forevermore
