Losing Me
Being abused as a little girl can make you into a killer
Especially when it's by your crack headed dad craving dope dealers
Don't tell nobody, don't let anyone see
Were words constantly said to me and stuck on repeat
My own mother could not rescue me
From drowning in a sea of deceit and secrecy
Because the truth hurts and the lies heal
So who's to say what I feel is real
I used to wonder why is this happening to me
Now I wonder how fucked up a person I'm going to be
Lying on my back with him on top of me, I slowly lost a piece of me
I lost my happiness and all my hope in this thing called life
Now I'm walking down a road where everything I do is wrong and never right
The only way he knows how to cope with life is through a bottle and a fist...
If I never say anything please hear this
That little girl who everyone thought was sweet
Well she is no longer inside of me
She has been hurt beyond believe
So now all she sees in the mirror is low self esteem
To be continued....
