The Loss

I never thought it would be this way,

Telling everyone to just go away,

I had to deal with this on my own,

My heart was broken,

My horse,

My beautiful Snippet,

Coliced,

I didn’t say goodbye,

I couldn’t if I tryed,

I was heartbroken,

If only I had spoken,

My last farewell,

I would feel at rest as well,

I was too late,

And now my heart aches.
