Loss Can Lead To Talent
Moments disapate into memories,
Laughs subside,
And sobs only intensify.
Lost in whirling colors and meaningless words,
Time only accelerates.
Comfort is nonessential.
You've dissapeared,
And only ink and paper have come to accompany me.
I scrawl and compose but nothing seems to replace you.
I recieve your letters,
And the passion only furthers.
You are my inspiration.
Our friendship may be spent,
But I still think of you,
You opened my eyes to a concealed talent.
