Lost
(poems go here)
I told him that he was lost
This is what I know- I have witnessed
And I believe this- I have learned
I see it in those rare glimpses that I see-
At the same same time I also see nothing
My eyes- I wish they would see something
My brain confused and overjoyed at it all-
I know that there is not enough time for it all-
Then- in my heart- in my mind I see direction
coming for me- was all deception
From every moment that I capture
All of it turns into more disasters-
From the beginning to the end-
From the times I tried to mend-
From the things I thought I knew
I would never notice the things we threw-
From the things that we read
Seemed to be all in my head-
From the words and the looks-
And all I knew from books
(The time when you finally crossed)
I guess I was the one that was really lost
